I think Wells Fargo is a great bank but I don't understand why the branch on 36th and 370 doesn't have a drive through. It seems like they have plenty of staff and customers to support that and going inside is extremely inconvenient sometimes.

I made an appointment today to change my account information and AJ was incredibly helpful and efficient. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It was a wonderful experience.
