Had great customer service experience with two employees helping open a checking account and getting me a cashiers check within an hour. Not to mention this was over lunch where other banks would have taken days!

The staff have always been friendly and helpful. My only complaint with this bank is that they hold large deposits far longer than any bank I deal with. They held my last large deposit, which was from another bank and verified, for 4 days before I had the other bank call them to release the funds.
