“I have taken my Tesla here on two occasions and have been extremely pleased with Mike and his team, both with the quality of the repair and the customer service. The most recent visit was complicated due to the fact that I live over 100 miles away from Dingman's and shortly after my car accident the main battery pack on my Tesla went bad (unrelated to the accident) making the vehicle no longer driveable. Mike was great at coordinating with insurance, with Tesla (to replace the battery) and arranged to have the vehicle towed through my insurance. It was like having a concierge handle everything for me. I've never had this kind of attention elsewhere. As a Tesla owner, I felt very comfortable using Dingman's because of the volume of Teslas they repair and their close relationship with Tesla in Council Bluffs.”

“I don't typically leave reviews but I felt the need to here. I'm currently on a cross country road trip, unfortunately on the 1st quarter of the trip I received a check engine light on my 14" VW Passat TDI. VW Dealer diagnosed it as a NOx Sensor issue an wanted to replace the CAT along with it for 1700$. I did not have those funds and was on a time constraint due to spending money on a hotel. Most places around had a wait time of a week+ which I could not afford to do.
Cordel FM was able to get my car in same day and out later that evening. They decided to only change the NOx sensor first in case that alone was the issue which would save money. Cordel FM got my car back on the road with no check engine light for a fraction of what VW Dealer wanted. Appreciate the guys there so much, there work will allow me to continue my trip through the states!”

“My son was in an accident with his car at his school, Kaizen is close to my house so I stopped in to get a quick estimate on the damages. Aaron came out to help me and was great, took some pictures of the damage and had an estimate for me quickly thereafter. I brought the car in for repair about 2 weeks after the estimate was given and everything was perfect. The receptionist at the front was kind, Aaron was there and attentive with me and made sure I was aware of what was going to be done to the car before they started.
I got a nice text from the shop as the car was being worked on which I was not expecting, but it was nice to see that they took the extra time to let me know where things were in the process of fixing the car. The car was completed in the estimated time that they originally quoted. It looks great and I cannot even tell it has been repaired. Hats off to Aaron and the team up at Kaizen for the great work.”

“I knew right out of the gate I wanted Brunos to paint match my new fiberglass Formula Hood to the paint color on my 1970 Firebird. The problem was I had zero information to share with them on the previous paint job, no previous paint codes, no nothing! “I reached out to a Mutual Friend working at this location. He provided me with Brent Richardson, whom, the name was a familiar name. I was put in touch with Brent. We set up an appointment. I went in and met with Brent. He listened to my needs and wants. Did suggest a different vehicle...but I already knew in my mind what I was looking for. “Older suburban had problem with the torque converter lockup. They repaired the transmission and it is as new again. Cost was reasonable and unlike others they did not try to sell me a new transmission for 1000’s of dollars.
