“I have to say this is the best Pharmacy I have ever used!! The staff at medicine Man in Omaha is so friendly, and they know me by first name. I feel like the pharmacist, know my profile and check for interactions, and any new medication that my doctors might add making me feel safe to start a new medication's as needed. The staff goes above and beyond duty making extra phone calls to insurance providers doctors and even, their patients to make sure we get the best and speediest customer service. I will use medicine. “the first time I came to this pharmacy was to pick up my HRT. staff was super friendly and even helped me find discount codes for my meds. they have my preferred name on file so I've never had to give my deadname for anything, it's something really small and simple but it really means a lot to me. if my insurance weren't requiring me to go to cvs to get my meds covered I'd absolutely continue to go here for my other meds instead of just HRT.”
“This Walgreens is near 204th and Maple, next to a dental facility. The morning crowd was very light and the parking lot is conveniently large. The store is relatively clean and staff greets you when you walk in and when you are going down certain aisles. The greeting card section was well stocked and the lady at the checkout desk provided a savings coupon for a greeting card that saved me 50 cents, which was greatly appreciated. This was the friendliest Walgreens I have visited here in Nebraska. Kudos to the management for hiring good employees at this location.”

“Made a visit to get a tetanus booster shot, interacted with 3 different people (Marti B, Noelle, & Jamee), and everybody was awesome.Also, it was all very quick and easy.And, lastly, when Jamee administered the shot, literally almost did not feel a single thing.And, the next day, no notable pain or soreness, whatsoever.So, this is one pharmacy I would definitely recommend!”

“We used another major chain to fill prescriptions for over a decade, but I don’t think we will ever look back after switching to Hy-Vee. If I had known how much better things could be, I would have saved a lot of stress and tears and switched much earlier. The process is seamless, prescriptions are filled quickly, and there is no drama. I can tell everyone I interact with takes their job seriously without sacrificing kindness. Pharmacists (and their staff) have a lot to be stressed about with medication shortages and a busy flu/RSV/Covid season, but no one at this location has ever put that stress on me. Communication is timely, direct, and efficient. I don’t know what kind of alchemy is at play here, but I have a feeling it is a combination of competence and a positive working environment. Thank you for all that you do! Please don’t ever change!”

“Bill has been outstanding. He is courteous, friendly, respectful and most importantly, understanding of my medical issues and the medications I need. He was instrumental in transferring several prescriptions from another pharmacy and set me up on a recurring refill basis so I never run out. I believe it is a rare and special relationship to have your pharmacist know you by name, but Bill and all the staff of this CVS ARE truly special. I highly recommend this CVS location within Target.”

“The website said they had what I needed in the pharmacy department. I looked around, couldn't find it, and asked at the pharmacy. The person behind the counter came out and immediately found what I needed and made a suggestion for a certain product based on what I needed it for. Great service pharmacy! Then when I went to check out, there was no one in sight. I strolled up and down the check out area for a few minutes and finally an employee came out to run the register. I imagine management wants the check out people busy stocking shelves just to utilize their time, but it's annoying to customers. Perhaps a bell to ding on the counter would alert staff more quickly that someone wants to check out.”

Even though this isn’t the closest Walgreens pharmacy to home, I’ll drive farther to come back to this location.”

“This review is about the store in general, I've never used the pharmacy. This is the nicest Walgreens in Omaha. It has a very nice, spacious layout. Most of the rows and displays are low so that you can see across the entire store-which feels really safe. They haven't tried to pack too much in. It was very clean and it didn't have one of those super annoying checkouts that funnels you through the maze of stupid things. Love it.”

“Where is the nearest 24 hour drug store in West Omaha? It's the Walgreens off of 132nd and West Center Road, near Zio's Pizza. Even at 3 am, there are alert employees who will ask how you are doing. The card section was impressive, this must of have been recently refilled since I have never seen so many cards available at a store. My snickers candy bars were in sale and I had to snag a few for the road. The facility is bright, clean, and well organized. This was my first visit to this Walgreens and it's nice to know this is a 24 hour store but the pharmacy won't open until 9 am on most mornings.”

“Great place for an FFL transfer. Place I normally used has gotten very busy recently and I would have to wait days after they received to pickup. I was referred by a friend and I was not disappointed. Shipment was delivered in the morning and I had it out the door by lunch. Will definitely be my go to moving forward. Staff was very friendly.”
