“I have mixed feelings. Their customer service prior to the sale and willingness to negotiate a good deal was stellar. They didn't hesitate to fix some cosmetic things and seened quite friendly. Their customer service after the sale, not so much. We felt rushed out the door, they didn't show us anything on the vehicle, we still have no idea how to access the spare tire and they wouldn't put our plates on for us. That's a first for me. We are older and will have difficulty doing this. Would I return? Possibly, but not sure.”

Bud and his wife Teri went above and beyond to get our cars fixed up quickly and for a really affordable price. Teri sent us a handwritten note in the mail to thank us for our business the first time we came in, and the second time she personally picked me up from my house so I could get my car and not have to take a taxi. “I recently had a service appointment and did not have a good experience. I had a question after I had checked my vehicle in so I came to the service desk and the representative ignored me. He told me that he was going to help someone else. So I went back to the waiting area hoping he will come and get me to address my question. It was not until the service was completed that he came to get me with the paperwork and asked me to sign.”

“Anyone with a Prius knows what it's like to find a 12 volt jell cell battery at a good price. The dealership quoted me $450.00 plus installation, plus system check. If I got out for six hundred I would be surprised. Carquest saved me big bucks and bent over backwards to be sure I got the best deal and was totally satisfied with the experience. Thank you Steve. “My shield under my oil filter dropped down on my way from Fort Calhoun going north to work at 8:20 this morning. I called O'Reillys to see if they could zip tie it up until I can get to a mechanic and the employee said to bring it over And he would see what he could do. When I arrived it was drizzling and he came right out. He couldn't get under the car to zip tie cover but he could reach the one remaining clip and take it completely off for me. I of course agreed to this because this is not the first time it's dropped down. This was a life saver because I had to get to work this morning and for those who don't know that cover really isn't a necessity it's just to help keep dust out. I offered to pay for his time but he refused. I really appreciated him taking care of this for me so I did not have to call in to work and lose eight hours of pay and leave my home care client without a nurse for the day.”

“The employees went above and beyond to help me and I was very grateful. We were 1000 miles from home and pulling a 40' fifth wheel camping trailer back to CO. I had a low tire and had stopped in 3 other places and no operational air at any of them. Thinking I would have to buy an air compressor to fix my problem I stopped into NAPA. After explaining my problem the young lady had me go around to the alley behind the building and pulled out a small air compressor and we filled the tire up. I bought some other items but I was extremely impressed with the customer service at this store.”
