“Got a nail in the tire of my Subaru. I was curious on how Long's fixes this. Not a fan of plugs, my last one led to tread separation to the belt. They only do the vulcanized internal patch. That is all they do. That is the best fix. They patched my tire within a couple hours and all for less than $20! Great shop and good people!”

“I have mixed feelings. Their customer service prior to the sale and willingness to negotiate a good deal was stellar. They didn't hesitate to fix some cosmetic things and seened quite friendly. Their customer service after the sale, not so much. We felt rushed out the door, they didn't show us anything on the vehicle, we still have no idea how to access the spare tire and they wouldn't put our plates on for us. That's a first for me. We are older and will have difficulty doing this. Would I return? Possibly, but not sure.”
“I visited Country Tire today because I was helping friends Troy and Beth Wakefield who's home was hit by the recent Blair Tornado and they had gotten a flat tire on the trailer we were using for cleanup. Chris the manager was kind enough to first of all get me in immediately to repair the flat tire with a patch but 5 minutes later the tech informed us that the hole was in the sidewall and couldn't be patched. Chris went through the warehouse and found us another brand new tire and said that Country Tire would pay for the tire. It is hard to find companies like Country Tire in today's world and just as hard to find workers like Chris that truly care about customers. We would have had to cut the day short if Country Tire didn't help us out !!!!!!! Thank you”
“My radiator broke in blair at the gas station on my nissan murano It was a Friday and I was from out of town. I checked all the shops in town and they were trying to rip me off and couldn't get me in until a couple days out. I stopped by here as the last resort and I believe the guys name was Justin was very helpful he called and checked price and told me he would try to have it done Saturday.
His pricing for the part was fair and way lower than any of the other mechanics I checked with .
He told me he could possibly have it done Saturday and I told him to give me a call if he didn't think he could get it done as I had a 1.5 hr drive to blair to pick it up . He called me Saturday and told me he wouldn't be done that dua which saved me a unnecessary trip to blair . Sunday he had it done . I forgot my credit card after I paid and they called me to let me know and they mailed it to me.
Would recommend east side auto to anyone over any of the other mechanics in blair .

“We are very grateful to the folks at Olsen Auto for being able to fix the AC on our Subaru while we were on a cross-country road trip (NY to Utah and back). We stopped by on a Monday morning to ask if they could take a look, and they were able to immediately get us in, determine that the air compressor was toast, install a rebuilt one, and recharge the Freon, all within an hour or two. We are so thankful to them for taking pity on two hot and sweaty travelers on such short notice!”

“We recently purchased a Grasshopper mower from Balls Out, and we absolutely love it! We’ve owned Hustler and Gravely mowers, but the Grasshopper by far is the best both for mowing and comfortable ride. It definitely handles slopes and hills better than any other mower we’ve owned. Balls Out was super easy to work with and went over the mower with us top to bottom. Great service!”
“I recently had a service appointment and did not have a good experience. I had a question after I had checked my vehicle in so I came to the service desk and the representative ignored me. He told me that he was going to help someone else. So I went back to the waiting area hoping he will come and get me to address my question. “I put four nasty looking scratches to my Ford Escape, after scraping the rear side panel. I stopped in for an estimate. I was given an estimate but Brian thought it might only be cosmetic. It was hot outside but he brought his sander and buffing compound and was able to buff all the scratches off! It looked like brand new. He got my red, 5 star, customer service verbal award for that. He wouldn’t accept any money for it and saved me $3,000. He went beyond what I expected. Would recommend Woodhouse Collision to friends and family. I was very happy as I had bought the Escape in December and having scratches on it took away from the appearance. Thank you Brian, you did a wonderful job”
