βWas out west and needed an oil change. Got worked in without an appointment. Love the honesty of this business. Was visiting with another customer waiting and she said she had went to another place prior to coming here. She then came here and stated that it seemed like the other company was trying to rip her off.
An employee came out and she told them the same thing and thanked them for their honesty. We were saying how we like this location and due to honesty this is where we will take our business.β

βI walked in at 5:40 on Friday evening, cutting it close to closing time, and said "hey, I wanna buy some tires." Didn't need install, so I hoped I could be in and out before 6, everyone could go home on time, but I didn't realize the tires I wanted were only in stock at their district office. I figured hey, that's my fault and I can figure out how to pick them up from wherever on Monday. But NO! I wish I could remember the advisor's name, cos he was super helpful, and he assured me they'd have them brought up to this very shop ASAP, and he and his tech stayed past closing time to receive the tires, check me out, and help load them in my car. 10/10, above and beyond helpful, no notesβ

Their diagnostic inspection is the most through and detailed I've ever received from any mechanic ever. They're transparent with what they charge and don't try to sell you on anything unnecessary. βCanβt recommend Westgate enough! Nikki and her whole team were great. My check engine light came on while driving across the country, and turned out to be a serious repair that needed to be completed before I continued my journey. Westgate got me in right away and got me back on the road ASAP! They were extremely accommodating, providing me with a loner car for the week and even helping me find a decent hotel! Great folks that you can trust.β
βNever has a problem until today, Went in for an oil change that took over an hour, another customer came in 15 minutes after me and was in and out within 40 minutes. Worst service Iβve never had with them.β
