“I've had a great experience with Havers. My first appointment was set an all confirmed by email for my annual or semiannual visit. I received an email indicating my next service was due. I requested a specific date and time and what services I needed. I received a prompt response then I had to do a follow up to add one more thing. Everything was OK. “Had a fuel issue with my van and wanted it checked over for a trip. Bud called and told me that it was not a fuel issue but a power steering issue that caused the problem with the emissions. There were also other problems that needed fixing but he advised not putting any more money into the car. He included pictures of all the problems that they found. “This is now my go-to mechanic. After lots of awful experiences elsewhere it's such a relief to find a trustworthy and thorough place. Had issues with starting and the car revving in idle. Took it to 2 other places (one being the dealership) and no one could find an issue and suggested a lot of services not needed that were pricey. Took my car here and they found that my make and model had this same issue consistently. So they not only did the diagnostic, they actually found the root of the problem and my car is running smooth!! Honest, helpful, thorough, friendly. Highly recommend. “UPDATE: Had to take my Ford Escape in this week again (sketchy dealership) Vehicle arrived at their shop in the AM and was finished and ready to go in the PM. I had a good idea of what was wrong and Googled aprox cost to fix. Lantz quoted me WAY less than my research indicated. They were very nice and did a great job! My favorite service center hands down!!!!I was referred to Lantz Bros by another auto shop a couple years ago when I needed my transmission replaced in a Ford truck. I did my research on the range of costs for that and Lantz came in at the lowest end of what a transmission replacement should be. I was very satisfied with their service!Had to take my daughters Ford Escape in for some maintenance and I had already pulled the error codes so I had an idea of what was going on and again researched what the cost should be to repair. They came in under the estimated cost and they went the extra mile and I'm super happy with the service I received again!The people at the shop are always so kind and the mechanic who called me explained everything very well and I understood exactly what the issue was.So if you are reading reviews to see if you should use this shop, GO FOR IT!
