Very challenging situation between multiple customers first thing in the morning at the store, but Kim was awesome about multi tasking and working through some exceptionally rare problems. She was great to work with.

We switched from tmoblie and let me tell you it wasn't easy! But Kim stuck with it and got us all switched!! And now we have service again! Definitely recommend going there and Kim is a great sales associate!!
