Jay was knowledgeable about the products in the store. I went in for new phone and plan upgrade. I'm a mid 50s aged man and he asked if I wanted to see the new tech. The eargos hearing aids, smart move in my opinion. Haven't bought a pair yet but I'm heavily thinking about it.

If I could give a zero star review I would. This place royally messed up my phone purchase on a Friday. Poor explanation of policies with the carrier and poor explanation of what I was signing for. I went to get it corrected on Monday morning at 10:00 after I had reviewed documents that had been emailed to me and it was still locked. Nobody showed up until 1:30. I spoke with two customers who were also waiting outside that said this is normal for this store and they recommended going to an actual Verizon store in Omaha. This is what I will do in the future.

Representative was great with getting new phone ordered. She told me it would be in Tuesday or Wednesday and to call to see if it was in. I called 4 times Tuesday with no answer and 1 time Wednesday with no answer. Went to the store 45 minutes before closing and was told they were closed for the night. Very disappointing
