“I had a big order of prints for photos. Noticed the photos had rainbow effect to them. Discussed with a manager on the photos, she was kind and said she would talk with the store manager next day. I'm not one to complain but the photos were for the albums my grandmother asked me to put together to give family members. They made things right with the photos and that shows their character of store. Much appreciated!”
“I ordered a pizza 06/26/2025 first time having thin crust and it was very good. I've always been pleased with Casey's pizza and always order from them!! My problem today was the Door Dash service!!! Recieved 4 text messages that the driver Lorenzo was having a problem finding my address -- i left him 2 text messages plus calling his phone to tell him and couldnt communicate as I do not speak spanish!!! I then received a message that delivery was successful and Lorenzo had hand delivered my pizza!!! That did not happen!!! I opened my apartment door to see if he could possibly be roaming my hallway-- when I opened my door my pizza was sitting on the floor in front of my door!!!! If people cant do a job they are assigned to do and not capable of being able to communicate then they shouldn't be trusted to do the job!! Id even added a $5.00 tip on my bill for him-- Never again will I ever order food to be delivered from anyplace!!!!!”
“The reviews that are listed previous to mine are invalid. One is someone that they wouldn't hire. The others have not been around to see how clean it is because they wander in the afternoon after all the farmers have tracked dirt everywhere, They clean those bathrooms throughout the day especially one particular employee does that I know, she has never been rude. There are plenty of RUDE people I have seen including one of the reviewers that were previous, that person is rude to everyone and goes around trying to get a hand out and free food from the gas station. All of their food is fresh daily it is gas station food but hey it's what they got, they are not Casey's they are a convenience store and thats what I expect from them. Just be lucky these people do their best to give clean food and without contamination. If you look at the floor and see it looks dirty its not its just a floor with worn out tiles, you would be worn out too if as many people came in and out and stepped on you.”

Wasn't greasy as other stores was a wasn't surprise and we'll taken everything was clean”
