“I worked with Lisa in sales to get a couch, two chairs, and a mattress in July 2020. She was amazing. I found the couch at NFM for a lower price, and Lisa quickly matched the price. She worked with me on the deliveries and everything was delivered on time and as expected. About 5 months after I purchased the reclining couch, the power went out to the couch and it would no longer work. I called and got Samantha in Servicing and she sent me out a power cord with next day delivery. Wall-ahhhh! It worked. I highly recommend Ernies. I'd really prefer buying from them versus the mega stores.”
