“My son recently started doing soccer which is all Greek to my wife and I. We went to get cleats at a different store and needed a wide. The salesman at the other store told us football cleats were the same and sold us a pair of the wides. We later found out via his coach that there’s a big difference and that he can’t have them on the field. We live 30 miles from town so ideally I wanted to get shoes the same night. I call up hibbetts a half hour before close and the saleswoman was fantastic. She explained to me the reason behind the specific shoes, explained that wides are very uncommon, and had three options to try when we arrived. Didn’t rush us out and made sure it was a good fit.
You don’t always see good customer service anymore but I experienced it tonight. You’ll have my business for all of my kids sports needs!”
