Would give them less stars if I could. They didn’t tell me the truth about my service twice. They didn’t even activate my phone and started me on a plan. They Never changed my number two weeks after the manager said it would be 24hrs. Sorriest phone service I’ve had

Friendly staff. The store is understaffed for sure. After purchasing an IPhone, I was told Apple Watch would be “free” but would have to pay the monthly service fee. After I found out I was stuck on this monthly fee for 3 years, I did not want it anymore. They followed policy which would charge restocking fee without me or the product leaving the store! After complaining , they did the right thing. However, please don’t charge restocking fees if the product does not leave the store( I didn’t even touch it)!

Having squeezed the last of the life out of my old phone I came into here to get a new one. A young gal named Anna was the very epitome of customer service helping this old dog get a new phone and answering all my questions while still being helpful to others entering the store. With no other help she kept the place running smoothly. In ten years when I need another phone, and I am still kicking, I hope she is there to help me again.

We had a phone issue that needed to be resolved. The old phone could not be saved. Anna helped us with a new phone, transfered data from old phone to new phone. We went in 10 minutes before closing, Anna worked over the closing time to get us up and running. This is the very best customer service we have gotten in a very long time. If I could give Anna 50 stars I would.

I had a rep scan the wrong phone and cancel the agreement. It's been a battle for 7 mos to get that device off of my plan including another trip to the store to get it removed. They know who has the device. It's not me. Countless hours on the phone and still no resolution with Verizon. The last rep said he'd stay on this and still no word for almost 2 mos

Absolutely terrible. We arrived at the store at 3 pm. When we tried the door there was a sign that said "out for lunch". So we figured they must be understaffed, we'll come back later, no big deal and that we'd give them the benefit of the doubt. We waited in the car for and hour and a half, while at least 15 customers attempted to enter. We finally gave up and drove away at 4:30. Don't come here.FOLLOW UP: We returned the next day and were helped by victor. The store was very busy with customers coming and going while he simultaneously helped us. He was very good at balancing attending to our needs and the other customers and we never had to wait for help. Thank you Victor

Exceptional service from Victor and Alo. They were both so professional and patient with answering my questions and helping me with password issues. I will highly recommend this Verizon store to my friends and family!

Don't come here.Update: went back the next day and Victor was extremely helpful. There were many customers that entered the store and he was able to balance helping us while also attending to other customers.

This was definitely without a doubt the BEST customer service I have ever experienced at any Verizon store. Victor has great communication skills. He is patient, informative and very knowledgeable. He was obviously kind to his staff, who were also very friendly and customer oriented. I seriously used to dread going into Verizon because of the overwhelmingly poor experiences I’ve had with customer service. I worked up the energy to go to this location (for the first time) on Black Friday (of all days). It was the best experience I had all day. My teenage son was with me and he agreed with me 100%. I finally found my go to Verizon store!
