Nobody ever wants to help people at this store.. Only if they can make a commission off you... Otherwise they tell you to call 800 number and don’t want to help you.. Customer service at this Verizon is almost non existent... Sad to see how bad they have become...

The young woman there was very rude. Not completely knows what's she's doing thereI pay my monthly bill. And charge me additional late fee. Which I didn't owe. She needs more training on attitude and kindness. Re-evaluate her application.

Mars is AMAZING! I’m not usually a people person but her genuineness and kindness put me at ease and there was no extra sales pressure like with a lot of places. 10/10 ask for Mars when you go in she was the best!

I went in for an issue with my phone's SIM card. It turned out to be the phone, and not fixable, but I still enjoyed my time with Mars regardless. She spent literally hours on the phone with tech support trying to fix my phone, and was fun to talk to even when we were both frustrated. I recommend asking for Mars when you're ready to chuck your phone against the wall next (or for easier stuff too, she's great)

WORST SERVICE EVER HADDON'T even bother coming here! I came here to help my sister with her new phone. So she can change her new phone number. But they didn't even bother helping her out. They gave her paper said to call the service. They explained very poorly. The service didn't help her out and they didn't called back.That is why 1 star for their attitude and not being professional for their work. I would rather go to Wayne because they explain very well and being professionals of there own work.

Gave me wrong case for my phone. When I called to find out what to do they said they didn't have a case for my phone at all. So they just gave me a random?
