This Verizon location provides a great and painless experience with helpful employees. Staff are genuine, kind, and put customers at ease without extra sales pressure. They are willing to help with questions or issues, making processes simple. Specific employees are noted for spending hours with tech support and being fun to talk with, even during frustrating situations like unfixable phones. However, there was an instance where a customer received the wrong phone case. Many customers recommend asking for specific staff members by name for assistance.
I have never met in my entire life, a better retail employee than Steve Peterson. His level of ownership and charisma rivals the president.

Jerry was great, he was very polite and knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions accurately and was quick to get us signed up for service. I recommend setting an appointment up with Jerry if you plan to visit this Verizon store!! ***** five star service!
