“I have had a great experience with Park120. I was in a situation where I needed to move in ASAP for my own safety. The lovely office gals helped me and walked me through several apartments. I couldn't make up my mind. Everything has been awesome. They are responsive to maintenance requests. It is a quiet building. With an elevator and underground parking. I am spoiled and loving it!”
“I haven’t moved in just yet but so far the experience has been incredible. Bryce in the office showed us around and was genuinely kind and helpful. He has been helping through the process and has been so accommodating since I first reached out. Other office members such as Becky have been really kind and personable as well and the person assisting with application (Lisa) has been very quick with the process. The location is beautiful, the units are well kept, and the amenities are the best I have seen in all of my apartment viewings since getting to Nebraska. I can’t wait to make it my home!”

“I was living here for about 2 years & I absolutely loved it. The staff is amazing, understanding & their communication is great. No maintenance issues. Relatively clean property & super quiet. I recommend this complex 100%! Gina is awesome, so is blonde lady <3. Brianna is cool too! If you’re young & looking for something easy to maintain, this is the place.”
