“I have never had such a wonderful experience shopping for jeans in my life and they are not a fun or an easy thing to shop for. Went in the Store with a friend yesterday looking for jeans. The girl, “Emma” helping us could not have been more sweet or helpful. While I was waiting for my friend, she asks me about jeans and she found me a pair to try and then brings me multiple other jeans directly to my dressing room to try as well and I found a great pair. I have never had this great of service and items brought to me EVER like this and I’m older, so I have had YEARS of experience in this. This girl was young and I was beyond impressed with her level of help and knowing what would look good. She even gave us a card with both our sizes since it was in inches and I never remember verses the size. All the girls there yesterday were sweet as well. Such a refreshing change from the norm these days.”
“My most recent shopping experience at this Old Navy store was on Black Friday. The sale merchandise I went to purchase was clearly displayed. There were enough check out stations open to easily handle the number of shoppers. In spite of Black Friday crowds I was in and out of the store with what I wanted to purchase in less than 15 minutes.”

“Some of my favorite pieces of high end brands has come from here. They have a lot of free people items and shoes. It's definitely a place where you don't come with a plan, and clothes find you. It's very hit or miss if it's organized or clean, but there is a lot to look at. This is a place where clothes find you. I like the newer location but the old crossroads was my favorite.”

“Ross is a nice store it's always so picked over and if you are looking for shoes for a child you must look all over the racks. Shoes sizes are allo over the place. There are always clothing on the floor, I have only seen 2 to 3 employees might be the problem”

“Everyone here is so kind and amazing. On my first trip, you could tell that most customers are regulars with how talkative the employees are. I definitely had to come back for my second time and pick up some great finds. Erin remembered me from a month ago and we chatted like old friends.

“I was there today at village point. The girl working tbe cash register was so helpful and so nice. I’m not sure of her name but she had a green dress I think possible it was a shirt but I think it was a dress. Little bit shorter the Shoulder length hair. She was kind and very helpful, and smiled and it seemed like there was two girls in front of us who checks out and they were either being mean to her or making fun of her, but they were rude to her and laughing uncontrollably- really immature. And the cashier was still kind to them, had a smile and say thank you have a nice day, and then helped us - it didn’t effect her or if it did, we wouldn’t have known. That’s the type of employee worth keeping and she deserves a raise, I will always come back to this location due to the amazing customer service ehich definitely lacks these days.”

“I love this location. It's super spacious, and really well layed out. They offer a smaller variety than what you can find online, but all the major pieces are there. I think UO is a great place to find quirky and unique gifts. Their assortment of clothes fits both my 16yo style, and my millennial style as well.I am big on their extra XX off sale items and they do a good job displaying this on their window fronts. Staffs nice enough, mostly teenagers that leave you alone unless needed. It's on the south face side of Village Pointe so parking is much more convenient.”
“The girl at the counter whose name I didn't catch was quite helpful tonight - 1/3/2024 - after not being super into my online order she asked me as I was exiting the store if I liked them, I told her I didn't particularly like the non tapered bottom and she asked a few questions and ended up helping me find what I wanted in the first place. I'm glad she cared enough to ask me, super helpful. Thank you.”

“This store is very well maintained. I enjoyed my overall shopping experience, up until checkout. I was treated very poorly by a young girl behind the counter. She greeted me, then called a coworker over. Mind you, it’s very slow in the store because it’s later in the day. She proceeds to have a full on conversation with her coworker, gossiping about what seemed to be an co worker, and not really paying attention to what she’s doing. She finally gets all my stuff rang up, and has the bags behind the register, hands me my receipt, not so nicely I might add, turns her back to me and tells me to have a good night but still has my bags behind the register. The other young lady that was there then hands me my bags and tells me to have a good night. I’m wishing I would’ve waited in line for the other cashier because she actually had some sense of customer service skills.”
