He made sure that the assembly was completed, and the grill could be delivered on a day my daughter was available. The communication was great. “I purchased 6 trees from Heritage several months ago (less than a year) and lost 2 of them over the brutal winter. I sent photos of the 2 dead trees to Nursery staff along with a copy of my receipt. They generously replaced the trees (I picked up and will plant, myself). I am completely satisfied with this and feel that Heritage handled this entirely professionally.
