“Easily my favorite store in Omaha. Every time I go in I’m overwhelmed by the beautiful plants. The staff is incredible. They will help you find the right plant for yourself, and most importantly, educate you on how to properly care for it. I’m blanking on his name.. but the guy who is always there.. you are amazing! (Thank you for the moss).Just about every 2 inch plant ($4 and ready to be potted in a bigger pot) has thrived and grown like crazy. I take my friends and family to Chlorophyll and everyone always wants to go back.Congrats on 3 years.. hope for many more! Thank you all for helping me make my home so much lovelier.”

Their expertise was so very appreciated, and the final results were even better than we had hoped for (including a new flower bed, water diversion, a new tree, and more). It was done so fast, they left everything looking meticulous, and it came in UNDER what we had expected. “We have been going to Indian Creek for our regular gardening needs the last few years. Needing live centerpieces for a wedding in August, we decided to go through them and were thrilled with the results. We came in and had a few colors/styles in mind and they knocked it out of the park. They brought a nice pop of color to the tables and our guests took them all home to plant themselves.”

“Today I received a beautiful arrangement from Lillian’s. My son and wife ordered them for Mother’s Day. They were so pretty. I received another bouquet from Lillian’s in March fir my birthday and those were outstanding too!For Mother’s Day 2023, received a breathtaking arrangement from my son who called in to 1-800 flowers. I was glad to see Lillian’s got the order.I had received another arrangement just a few weeks ago that was filled by a florist in Papillion and it wasn’t anywhere near as nice as this one.”

“They do just about all services, or else have some 1 whom they back, with the home depot name here! If you need it done at your home, they have some 1 whom can do it for you! From all home supplies, to fixing and installing just about everything! For sure a 1 stop shop for all your needs! Great, professional, caring people. I would highly recommend the N. 72nd St. store for all you doors and windows work on your home; from them creating special size doors and windows for you, to the instock products, all the way to speaking to an in store associate in Millworks, for the installation of either! I would never go anywhere else for those services, along with the MANY others they offer through the home depot!”

“APPLIANCE DEPT. Called in Saturday after being shooed away from Lowe’s saying the don’t deliver to West Point (lie). We spoke with a guy who said he wasn’t sure and would call us back.I decided to go in while I waited for the call back and ended up speaking with such a helpful and kind older gentleman. He really was wonderful. I asked him if they would deliver to West Point. He got up, grabbed the barcode off of an appliance and asked our zip code and assured us that they did in-fact deliver.While speaking to him, the man we were on the phone came up to a blonde woman also at the appliance area, at the desk right behind where the gentleman’s was. He asked her if they would deliver out to West Point and she immediately said “NO. THIRTY MILES”. I was trying to get his attention as he was less than 10ft from me to tell him…it was me that called and lady…YES YOU DO. He walked away and called me back 5 minutes later and told him..”I heard you speaking with the woman, I was right there and she told you wrong. Thanks for your time though”.Idk why all of these improvement stores are shooing people away. If it’s out of laziness or lack of knowledge and communication, but it was very frustrating.1. That older gentleman with the one dilated pupil and the shiny silver watch needs a raise and some serious appreciation. He went out of his way to help us. Being older, he actually got his rear end up out of that seat, while the younger ones just sat there looking down.2. USE THIS MAN AS A MODEL OF WHAT YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE LIKE AND TRAIN THEM AS SUCH3. Get everyone on the same page. I should not be told conflicting information, nor should any other shopper getting ready to spend a serious amount of money at your establishment.4. Have your appliance employees run the model online and to the zip code. SHOPPERS- if you go somewhere like Lowe’s or HDepot…if they tell you they don’t deliver…get online and punch your zip in. Bet they do. SHOW THEM.”

“I am only giving a five star review, because Lindsay J helped me out and she was the most kind and knowledgeable employee that I encountered in the eight people I met on a recent shopping experience to Home Depot to make keys. She went out of her way to help me was the only one who knew what the digital key was and how to get it and what I had to do none of the other employees that helped me new anything and one even wanted me just to use the key machine. Home Depot could use some help with their training on their employees, but Lindsey was the bomb.”

Prices were very reasonable, and even though checkout took a while due to a distracted clerk who didn't see us at checkout 4, everything else was pretty good at this Home Depot.”

“I deal with the Pro Desk a lot and have had nothing but great experiences with the staff. Typically it's Joel, Judy and, Karen. They have been very helpful and I see them helping customers and fellow employees regularly. Every employee that I have dealt with at this location has always been helpful. Even the rental department is friendly and well maintained. The parking lot is always clean and carts are readily available at various locations inside. This is my favorite Home Depot and I use them all as a contractor.”

“This was a great visit to Home Depot. I needed 8 eighteen inch long handrails ADA approved for a lab room setting. When I entered, an employee was standing at near the doors greeting people and asking if we needed assistance? My first question dealt with NE exemptions for state sales tax and he said the cashier would be able to handle this. The second question was locating the handrails which he replied 'aisle 8'. He probably saved me 10 minutes of walking through the aisles. Once I arrived with 8 handrails at the check-out, he asked if I registered my exemption card with Home Depot and the answer was no. Instead of pulling me out of line and making me stand in a customer service area, he handled everything quickly, trouble shooting questions the computer was flagging. I was able to receive the tax exemption within 45 seconds without upsetting people waiting behind me in the line. 5 stars for the employees at this Home Depot and 5 stars for Home Depot training their employees to be compassionate and helpful to new customers like myself.”
