“I walked in at 5:40 on Friday evening, cutting it close to closing time, and said "hey, I wanna buy some tires." Didn't need install, so I hoped I could be in and out before 6, everyone could go home on time, but I didn't realize the tires I wanted were only in stock at their district office. I figured hey, that's my fault and I can figure out how to pick them up from wherever on Monday. But NO! I wish I could remember the advisor's name, cos he was super helpful, and he assured me they'd have them brought up to this very shop ASAP, and he and his tech stayed past closing time to receive the tires, check me out, and help load them in my car. 10/10, above and beyond helpful, no notes”

I needed a new set of tires anyway so I was quoted on the spot and they were able to put all four tires on in 20 minutes! “The mechanic I used take my car to retired, so I was looking for a new one to take my care too consistently. My car just crossed over the 100k mark so I wanted to have a trustworthy mechanic to get as much life out of my car as possible. I did some research and I got an oil change somewhere else at first and they gave me a pretty expensive quote after an inspection that I was a little dubious of.I wanted to get another opinion and my gf recommended I see Harold at GH Auto Repair. It turned out there were some things that needed replaced on my car, but the other company had those items priced much higher, and they also had additional things in the quote that weren't necessary.It's super refreshing to find an honest mechanic who does timely and very high quality work, especially in an industry that can be as shady as Automotive work. Harold also showed me all the old parts that he replaced which is really nice in an effort of full transparency.I highly recommend Harold at GH Auto Repair. “I’m from out of town and my tire pressure was reading 102. I stopped at Monarch and the couple working there couldn’t have been nicer, even though they were just about to close. The gentleman checked all four tires and confirmed it was just my sensor that was off. Although it was just a brief interaction and simple tire check, it put my mind at ease. I could tell they knew what they were doing and were honest and good people. Highly recommend!”

“Excellent customer service over the phone when I explained the issues I was having with my car. Jeff provided the quote I requested and recommendations for why a diagnostic was more appropriate in a way that I fully understood and appreciated. After the diagnostic, Drew called with all of the updates and followed with another call about the required oil change that wasn't previously mentioned. When I picked my car up, Jeff's customer service and service explanation was just as excellent as it was over the phone. Although this was a costly repair for me, it wasn't as costly as it would've been if Jeff didn't educate me on the importance of the diagnostic as it turned out the recommendation that Auto Zone provided was not at all what caused my engine light to alert. I live in North Omaha but this is the location I trust my car with as this is the level of service they have always provided to me and my repairs/service never require additional follow up.”

“My F150 was acting up inconsistently. It is a 15-year-old truck so I was anticipating a large repair bill. I brought my vehicle in to OCC, Not only did they have a loaner vehicle ready for me to use, But they had it diagnosed within two hours! It was a simple fix, Not a major repair like I anticipated. They could’ve got it fixed the same day, but they had to order a part and it could not get delivered in time to do the repair that day. Billy was amazing at communicating the diagnosis and the repair. To put a cherry on top, It was about $1000 less than I was anticipating spending. The OCC Team at the Harrison Street location are amazing! We done Gentlemen!”
“After a week of packing up a house, we were ready to leave for California when our AC suddenly stopped working. We sure didn't look forward to driving 1600 miles with no air conditioning, so in desperation, I started calling repair shops in the area. I had no luck until Mark answered the phone at Firestone. Even though they were very busy and overbooked for the day, he told me to bring the car in. Fortunately, the only problem was low Freon, so a couple of hours later we were on the road.
If I could rate them more than 5 stars, I certainly would. With service like this, it's no wonder they are booked with customers. Thank you Mark”
“Wow ran over something driving down the road. Slapped on the spare, also from Discount, and finished the job I was on. Rolled into Omaha and hit the nearest Discount. They told me this location had my tire. Showed up and they jumped right on it. Also the tech told me I was due for rotation and they handled that too.
I make my living driving my truck all over the country. Discount keeps me moving no matter what state I am in!! Rylan is the tech who took care of me!!!!”
