Didn't need install, so I hoped I could be in and out before 6, everyone could go home on time, but I didn't realize the tires I wanted were only in stock at their district office. “We had our struts and shocks replaced about 3 months ago at a different Brakes Plus but still had the same clunking sound in our front suspension system. We went back to that original store three times and never got our issue resolved. This week I went to the Brakes Plus at 18440 Wright St, they took the car for a test drive with me, they heard the issue, did a complete warranty replacement of the front strut assembly and the car now is performing beautifully. The service manager and technicians were all polite and accommodating. I would definitely come back here for any repairs needed.”

“The mechanic I used take my car to retired, so I was looking for a new one to take my care too consistently. My car just crossed over the 100k mark so I wanted to have a trustworthy mechanic to get as much life out of my car as possible. I did some research and I got an oil change somewhere else at first and they gave me a pretty expensive quote after an inspection that I was a little dubious of.I wanted to get another opinion and my gf recommended I see Harold at GH Auto Repair. It turned out there were some things that needed replaced on my car, but the other company had those items priced much higher, and they also had additional things in the quote that weren't necessary.It's super refreshing to find an honest mechanic who does timely and very high quality work, especially in an industry that can be as shady as Automotive work. As I was straining to reach my size across a tall table (or maybe I just have t-Rex arms) and an associate pushing a big floor cart ....stocking shelves "unexpectedly" put his push cart aside and asked me if he could help me reach for something ....not only did he do that for me ..he helped me search for my size....(embarrassing) thank you "B. C." for your thoughtfulness and great customer service ...I appreciate you ..you went above and beyond tonight! Selection was so massive....so many options, colors, sizes ...the value ..well I spent $400 in 1 hour ...need I say more?? I found awesome gifts (for Xmas game prizes) stocking stuffers ...a couple of delicious seasoned rotisserie chickens ..$5 ..cooked to perfection warm and ready to serve! Tasty samples ..associates were so happy to see your smile when you ask where that sample is located and you run (not walk) and toss it in your basket for the WIN! Half dozen Leggings...hoodies...gifts ...nuts, produce ..endless cases of items on sale ...boxes available at checkout for convenience .....the awesome part is when a random fellow shopper scopes out your cart and asks you where you found it and you share info ....(ok..I did that too) It's an adventure when I visit Cosco! (most importantly ladies restrooms clean and well stocked....)”

Recently mounted a trailer tire myself. Unfortunately my compressor doesn't have the HP to balloon the tire out to the rim so I took it here just to air it up with their machine.
Customer Mgr, Russ, was more than happy to take care of it. We walked out to the shop and they popped it on the machine and 2 minutes later, done.
Offered to pay something, but they said it was complimentary.
Awesome.
In the end, I wish I had just brought the tire for them to mount. They only charge $30 to mount/balance. That's a bargain over wrestling tire irons for an hour.

He was able to tell me about the process, made an appointment for me same day, and was very informative with all my questions. When I arrived for my appointment, Alex was up front and got me checked in, was also very friendly and made the process easy. When I picked up my car, another employee came out from the back and handed me all my paperwork, while also going over all the coverages, and information to take home.
