“I have mixed feelings. Their customer service prior to the sale and willingness to negotiate a good deal was stellar. They didn't hesitate to fix some cosmetic things and seened quite friendly. Their customer service after the sale, not so much. We felt rushed out the door, they didn't show us anything on the vehicle, we still have no idea how to access the spare tire and they wouldn't put our plates on for us. That's a first for me. We are older and will have difficulty doing this. Would I return? Possibly, but not sure.”

“Old review edited. Attempted to make a purchase. Conversation with another customer ensued. So my purchase was halted. All fine and dandy for a small town parts store. Friendly and knowledgeable. Just not for me. I'll take cold, impersonate, and efficient every time.Customer involved in conversation was my uncle. His purchase was complete. He felt bad about the lack of customer service and purchased the items as a gift. I politely declined. I'd prefer to get my items from a place that values customers equally.”

“I put four nasty looking scratches to my Ford Escape, after scraping the rear side panel. I stopped in for an estimate. I was given an estimate but Brian thought it might only be cosmetic. It was hot outside but he brought his sander and buffing compound and was able to buff all the scratches off! It looked like brand new. He got my red, 5 star, customer service verbal award for that. He wouldn’t accept any money for it and saved me $3,000. He went beyond what I expected. Would recommend Woodhouse Collision to friends and family. I was very happy as I had bought the Escape in December and having scratches on it took away from the appearance. Thank you Brian, you did a wonderful job”

“I've never been in love with the process of purchasing a new car. But, this may have been the best transaction I have ever had. Rick Kahla made the whole transaction easy and almost seamless. He told me that he was going to help someone else. So I went back to the waiting area hoping he will come and get me to address my question. It was not until the service was completed that he came to get me with the paperwork and asked me to sign.”

“Anyone with a Prius knows what it's like to find a 12 volt jell cell battery at a good price. The dealership quoted me $450.00 plus installation, plus system check. If I got out for six hundred I would be surprised. Carquest saved me big bucks and bent over backwards to be sure I got the best deal and was totally satisfied with the experience. Thank you Steve. “My shield under my oil filter dropped down on my way from Fort Calhoun going north to work at 8:20 this morning. I called O'Reillys to see if they could zip tie it up until I can get to a mechanic and the employee said to bring it over And he would see what he could do. When I arrived it was drizzling and he came right out. He couldn't get under the car to zip tie cover but he could reach the one remaining clip and take it completely off for me. I of course agreed to this because this is not the first time it's dropped down. This was a life saver because I had to get to work this morning and for those who don't know that cover really isn't a necessity it's just to help keep dust out. I offered to pay for his time but he refused. I really appreciated him taking care of this for me so I did not have to call in to work and lose eight hours of pay and leave my home care client without a nurse for the day.”

“The employees went above and beyond to help me and I was very grateful. We were 1000 miles from home and pulling a 40' fifth wheel camping trailer back to CO. I had a low tire and had stopped in 3 other places and no operational air at any of them. Thinking I would have to buy an air compressor to fix my problem I stopped into NAPA. After explaining my problem the young lady had me go around to the alley behind the building and pulled out a small air compressor and we filled the tire up. I bought some other items but I was extremely impressed with the customer service at this store.”
“I called in looking for a red hood for a Volkswagen Beatle and Makala was very helpful throughout the whole process. She said they had a hood in their OK warehouse and would take a couple days which was no big deal. On the day when it was suppose to arrive, Makala called me and explained that somehow they shipped the incorrect hood and she would make sure the correct hood would get shipped out that day. A couple days went by and I received another call from Makala letting me know my hood had arrived at the NE warehouse and was ready for pick up. After picking up the hood and I called Makala to tell her thank you for helping me out!”
“I had a good experience today, but I've had better. I didn't mention that the rear wipers needed to be replaced, but I wasn't too concerned because the check list they perform will catch the defect and any other maintenance I should address. The wipers passed ???, and the engine filter was noted as bad, but I wasn't informed about the bad filter (as in prior visits), which isn't a big deal because I'll replace the filter and wiper when the lugs are retorqued.”
