“My experience with Line-X was good. Took my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee, and my Tacoma to have Undercoating & Rustproofing package applied. I shopped by internet and email received a quick response from Monica at Line-X of Irvington. Felt that the pricing for the package was fair. They got us scheduled in with no issues, the follow up to confirm appointments was also good business. The only problem that was encountered was the spare tire for my truck was not put back in with the truck. I live 25 miles away and didn't discover it until I was home. I can take some of the blame for not walking around my vehicle after I picked it up. I usually do that when ever I have any service done. So going back and having it put on was an hour of my time and gas. The Technician that did the application was apologetic and said he had not done anything like that since before he started there years ago. All in all I was happy with the service and the follow up done by Monica!”

Justin did the research and the work to correct steering/lift issues at less than half the price. So glad he got our Jeep driving like it should. We will take our vehicles to Ponca every time. Ordered part, scheduled repair and it was done in just a few hours. He felt bad about the lack of customer service and purchased the items as a gift. I politely declined. I'd prefer to get my items from a place that values customers equally.”

“I recently had a service appointment and did not have a good experience. I had a question after I had checked my vehicle in so I came to the service desk and the representative ignored me. He told me that he was going to help someone else. So I went back to the waiting area hoping he will come and get me to address my question. It was not until the service was completed that he came to get me with the paperwork and asked me to sign.”

“The employees went above and beyond to help me and I was very grateful. We were 1000 miles from home and pulling a 40' fifth wheel camping trailer back to CO. I had a low tire and had stopped in 3 other places and no operational air at any of them. Thinking I would have to buy an air compressor to fix my problem I stopped into NAPA. After explaining my problem the young lady had me go around to the alley behind the building and pulled out a small air compressor and we filled the tire up. I bought some other items but I was extremely impressed with the customer service at this store.”

“Yes, Wal-Mart is known for being a little slow on service at times but I had to give a review to an amazing worker. She went above and beyond to help us figure out a warranty on a battery that I bought from Wal-Mart. She could have easily turned me away or done something else but she was determined to help me resolve this mystery and the whole team backed her up! I felt so awesome and in awe! I wish I knew her name but she was very kind and patient with me. At the end, she figured out the serial number to the battery and we were on our way.
