RVR Bank is a financial institution that has been serving customers for many years. The in-person banking experience is generally satisfactory, but the online banking platform is reported to be slow and frustrating, making it feel like using dial-up internet from the past. Despite a few instances of unfriendly staff at the drive-up windows, the majority of the bank's employees are described as very nice, happy, and respectful. One particular employee is praised as being exceptional. However, there have been some issues with the bank's online hours not matching the physical branch's hours. Overall, customers seem to be satisfied with the bank's services, with the exception of the subpar online banking experience.
Have been using this bank for decades. They are great to deal with. Very friendly staff. Have had several loans here as well. Will never switch.

The in person banking is fine. If you want a fast online experience though I'd suggest going some place else. The online banking experience is so stupid slow I feel like when I was a kid trying to use dial up internet.

I've been working with this bank for over a decade & will continue into the foreseeable future. They have always worked with me on a personal level.
