“Have never had really any bad issues. Been banking here for MANY yrs. Most have been very nice. Afew of drive up window ppl have not been overly friendly both at 23rd and down town. But have other great staff at window super friendly, happy, respectful. 1 gal inside my mom and I work with is A++.. go prince. Lol, she knows who she is. Fremont NE. 1 issue is online open time is not correct. Was their and window says 8am open online says 7:30am.”

“This is my bank. I am posting this for clarification, because people have not been fair in these reviews. My monthly fee is three dollars. There is a fee for going negative for a specific period of time, that is about thirty dollars. I have had issues before with this bank, but i have never felt that the staff disregarded them. This bank is as capable and cordial as any of its competitors. Thank you.”
“Today, I went to the Fremont branch to renew a CD. All of the tellers were very friendly, and the transaction was completed in less than 5 minutes. My wife and I have been banking with the US Bank in Fremont for over 25 years and have never had a bad experience.”
