Today, I went to the Fremont branch to renew a CD. All of the tellers were very friendly, and the transaction was completed in less than 5 minutes. My wife and I have been banking with the US Bank in Fremont for over 25 years and have never had a bad experience.

This branch is one of the best I've visited. The omaha ones are garbage compared to this one. Everyone is so friendly and helpful here.
