I decided to stop at AutoZone and ask the gentleman inside if he could help me knowing I needed a new battery and installed if possible. The guy behind the counter without hesitation said he could absolutely take care of me and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision and even as he was working alone today had no problem helping me out and replacing my battery. “The staff and service were excellent. We unfortunately had to be towed in due to our truck derating. The gentleman stated if it was something simple they could take care of it asap. Thank goodness they were able to get us back up and running. We were towed in at 730am and back on the road by 12. We even had a manager come up to the lounge talk to us about our problem and what could cause the issues.
