“I'm a 56 year old woman. I stopped in to get a new battery taking the old one in two employees were standing out side the store one opened the door for me I thanked him and said this thing is heavy. After purchasing a new battery I waited for one of the 3 guys standing around doing nothing to offer to carry it out but nope they just watched me do it and a customer had to open the door for me going out.
