Customer support call afterward resulted in a full refund. Really appreciated the quick response and great service.

Wasn't real busy and as i was walking towards the counter the gal working got a phone call on her cell phone and took the phone call as she was checking me out.

Always a good experience At the highway 30 store. The biggest complaint I hear people say is that the lines get a little long but the staff is super friendly and they make it worth it.
