“The closer for this gas station is a freaking monster! A working productive one! I popped in to use the facilities and their hot water to make my ramen while charging the car. He was out taking the trash and then went inside to personally walk me to the coffee machine to make sure it was dispensing hot water. Then he started working with other customers. I’m charging across the lot and all I see him do is working. Taking out the trash, refilling and cleaning the window washers. Inside the building was clean and comfortable — bathrooms freshly cleaned. I’m beyond impressed with this service station!!”
“I was having a rough day after having some medical stuff done and didn't feel like cooking. I ordered a taco pizza and the nice lady making the pizzas made sure my tomatoes and lettuce were fresh. Very yummy and excellent service from both cashier and lady making pizzas.”

“It's a gas station. I couldn't find anyone that wanted to talk or hang out for more than five m. . .I picked up gas, fatty snacks and Red Bull and left. The gas station provided and I was good to go. Why a rating? They had the gas and the snacks. My belly was happy and my car could move.”
“Very very friendly staff! Greet you as you come in and say farewell on your way out the door. The owners are awesome ladies, and they are so quick to see to any questions you have!”
“I find the other reviews comical. First off, Sam's Club is not a public place. They can ask to see your receipt if they want to. You don't have to shop there if you don't like it. Easy solution.Secondly, Everyone is short staffed right now. I am sorry that it makes everything more difficult at the deli. I have shopped there for years and have only seen the soda machine down once. Also the supply chain is still a factor for stores not always having products on hand. I make my own soft pretzels at home.As far as self check out goes, Sam's in Grand Island still has half the check outs run my employees. You don't have to self check if you don't want to.My biggest issue with Sam's is that the people that shop there can be very rude. They stand in the aisles and won't let you through. They let their kids run rampant screaming. Kind of funny. They must be the same people that wrote the other reviews.Sam's in GI is okay. If you know what things cost, you can get a bargain.”

“Strangely enough, for being a convenience store, it has delicious pizza. Breakfast pizza is good as well as regular pizza. however, sometimes in the morning when I am in a rush, they still don't have the pizza ready or cannot keep up if people are getting slices of breakfast pizza to go. I like the option of being able to buy slices of pizza instead of the whole pizza.”
“It's a tiny cute store with the basics. Their products are also a little cheaper than other convenience stores. They have been here longer than i can remember which also says alot about the store and their success.”

“Great little gas station with a small town feel. On one occasion, I didnt see my choice for an alcohol purchase I wanted, so the girls that were working saw to it that it was on the store's next order and within a week my preferred beverage was there in the cooler ready for me to buy. The cashiers are friendly and helpful and get to know you on a first name basis. The store is in a good location, it is well lit at night, always clean and it's the one I go to for all my fuel and convenience store needs. As an added bonus, they have puffed ice for their cold beverages which I just love!”

“This truck stop is decent and reasonably clean. Their fried chicken was pretty good, and the pizzas aren't bad either. It does fill up quickly as far as parking goes.”

“I was passing through Grand Island and stopped at Casey’s to gas up. I was having problems with my credit card and the young lady at the cash register was so helpful in helping me. She called another cashier to help the other customers in line while she helped me resolve my problem. She even signed me up for the Casey’s rewards program. Her name was Stephanie Reyes and This store is so fortunate to possess such good customer service and excellent people skills in this employee. You don’t find employees like Stephanie anymore. Casey’s hang on to this person because she would make an excellent future manager.”

“If I'm traveling I'll usually stop at a Pump and Pantry, they are usually pretty clean and have a fair amount of items to choose from. Gas prices aren't too bad and the bathroom here was clean.”
