“Exceptionally friendly staff. This isn't that true discount store if that's what you're looking for. Prices are on par with walmart, maybe just a little bit more expensive. If you look for the specials you might save a dollar or two. I was looking for frozen fruit and zero sugar juice, and they didn't have it. Already can't beat how friendly the staff are. I think 10 different people greeted me. That counts for something.”
“Since Vientiane closed, I've really missed excellent spring rolls and my favorite, beef larb. Since this little gem market/restaurant opened, I have a place to get them again. The Pad Thai is also delicious, and I recommend finishing your meal off with some mango sticky rice.”
“I went shopping to make a great salad. As far as I could tell, they had everything! The produce section was wonderful! Everything was fresh. I'll be going back there!”
“LOVE this place! SUCH a wide product selection, excellent service, and EXTREMELY reasonable prices! Their pork jerky sticky rice and bánh mì sandwiches are to die for. If you've never been to this gem of a store, it is definitely worth your time to shop here.”
“It was very neat and clean with nice variety of goods including a place to send money and a atm in store. They don't speak real good English so if Spanish speaking well have a better experience”
“Love the bakery and market! Wide variety of Mexican breads and pastries at really good prices. Fresh seasonal veggies and fruits are also at good prices in the market.
The restaurant makes great tamales, tacos, enchiladas, nachos, soups and combination plates that are really good and as close as you can get to being traditionally authentic. The staff is friendly and inside dining is cool, clean and comfortable, although we usually call in an order for takeout.
Love the carne tacos with fresh cilantro and lime! Their tortillas are some of the best on town. They have some great daily specials, and 'real' bottled pop that is super cold! Be prepared for a wait during lunch and dinner peaks. Well worth any waiting though. Prices are moderate. If your visiting Grand Island, this is a must visit locals spot for great Mexican food. Located downtown on 4th St near Sycamore on the Southwest corner.”
“Today was my first visit to a Hy-Vee Market, located in Grand Island, NE.. It will be my favorite place to shop, wide assortment and great variety of services with excellent quality, but above all its great cleanliness throughout the place”
“A good resource for some of Grand Island's ethnic minorities as well as for everyone else. It's truly amazing the variety of goods that is packed into this interesting little store. The people running it are so helpful and have good hearts. It's always a pleasure to engage them in conversation. Have purchased a few types of beans (small red & garbanzos) that are both of good quality. They even had some Frankincense resin that I wanted as well, and one cannot find this just anywhere. The gentleman helping me said his name is Adam, a pleasure to have met him. Don't be shy, nothing to fear here. Stop on in and see what you've been missing. Am certain you'll find something here that you can use.”
“This is where I work. It's an excellent place to work with great pay and great benefits. Not quite sure why Google is tracking me and asking me to leave a review. But yeah I do maintenance and I love my job”
“Great little Mexican corner store in Grand Island's little Mexico, has a great selection for the size of the place - a little bit of everything. Lots of imported authentic Mexican food, and the cheapest cigarettes in town!”
“The employees are very friendly. Be ready to wait in lines though. The staff not only checks at registers, but they have to gather carts, unbox product and stock the shelves. Be kind, they work hard and this is the corporate approach to keeping prices low. The store is older but clean and most items are in their correct place and prices are easy to see. Parking lot is full of pot holes so drive carefully. Not the fault of employees. Overall the best and most convenient discount store in the area. Beats battling the Walmart crowd if your just out to grab a few essentials (basic food items, pop, milk, juices etc). Good selection of snacks, treats, paper products, cleaning and pet supplies, over the counter medicines, school supplies, cheap toys, pet supplies, and personal care items. Again, super friendly staff that are always working really hard.”

“I have been a customer of HyVee Parmacy for about 5 years. I have found the staff to be courteous and helpful. When I have called HyVee Pharmacy automated refill, their staff has contacted my doctor the same day. It is my opinion that the more recent automated refill system takes a little more time than the former automated refill system; however, it has not been a problem for me. I plan on staying with HyVee Pharmacy for my prescription needs.”
“We ordered a 2 teir birthday cake for my moms 80th birthday and it was gorgeous. I will be using Walmart bakery for my future needs. Thank you for making her cake so beautiful!”
“Very good experience. Checked in 8.30 for 9.00 appt. Got door at 9.00 unloaded 9.55. Got signed paperwork 10.10.. Very friendly receiving people. They have a restroom for drivers. No overnight parking.”
“Clean store. Huge selection. Lines went fast, so I was in and out. Employees were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. I will for sure be a returning customer whenever I'm in Grand Island.”
