“I was having problems with my air conditioning in my car. The dealership where I bought it wanted to charge me $2,000 to fix the problem even after charging me for the initial visit. I decided instead to take it to Gary's because I had heard from a friend how trustworthy they are there,and there's a limited guarantee on their work. My first visit at Gary's we thought the problem was fixed,then it started happening again. And on the hottest days of the year. Gary's got me back in promptly,did further troubleshooting, fixed the problem, and when they called to tell me my car was ready,they told me there was no charge for that visit. They really are trustworthy, honest,good people. I go back for oil changes that the dealership charged me twice as much for. I highly recommend Gary's Automotive.”

“I drove over a dead deer at night laying in the center of the road with my low profile car, no visible damage except maybe underneath, so first, I went to my Mr Gs car wash on frontage road, and Travis told me to take it to a body shop first. But the body shop wanted it cleaned before putting it up on a hoist. So went back and told Travis I need it cleaned first before they will look at it. Not knowing what all would come off in his car wash, Travis went ahead anyway and power washed underneath, and I took it to him again the next day for a second powerwash. The next day, the body shop asked which car wash I took it to so I told him Mr Gs. He said it's Clean underneath! There is nothing under there and said I got lucky, and have a good old car there and I was good to go! Thankyou Travis!! I didn't owe the body shop anything, so all this deer incident cost was 2 car washes! If there were 10 stars, that's what I would give Travis at Mr Gs Car Wash on Frontage Road in Grand Island. 😁”

“I had a Bearing boke/burned out on a Sunday. He came out with his son and fixed. What a delightful surprise and example of midwestern kindness and sensibility . A very reasonable cost on a day at nearly 95 degrees, on a Sunday!! Easily 5 stars!”

“Put a new valve stem/pressure sensor on wrong tire. Two days later when the tire I THOUGHT they had repaired went flat, I called to resolve the issue. Was told a manager would call me back. They did not. Now I have to spend an additional $28ish dollars to get the correct tire fixed somewhere else.
*called again and after about an hour we came to a resolution.”
