“This place was a life saver for us! We were driving across country for Thanksgiving and one of our cars experienced trouble. We found Kim's online and when I called at 4:30pm with 30 minutes notice, we were told they would be waiting for us. We were also told that if things got worse they could tow us in. When we arrived, they jumped into the car for a test drive. They diagnosed the issue, pulled the car in changed the transmission oil, checked out a few other things to make sure we were road trip ready. Charged us a VERY fair price and had us back on the road in under 2 hours. Everyone there was very nice. Thank you Kim for helping us get to our destination in time for our family festivities!”

“Just sent my Prius into Mr. Tire Outlet because of a low tire. I expe cted to pay for a new tire, but instead the wonderful staff at Mr. Tire Outlet examined my tire over and over only to find that there was no leak - just a very low tire. They spent a fair amount of time looking and then didn't charge me a cent. Thank you, Mr. Tire, for your honesty and friendliness! You made my day!”

“Toby’s Tire is the best tire shop in town! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. He knows what he’s doing. As a matter of fact, I went to a couple other tire shops over the weekend, when I had a nail in my tire and one shop couldn’t get my tire off and the other wanted to replace all my lug nuts to get one tire off. I said forget it, I’ll wait til Tobys opens on Monday. In and out in 20 mins. No BS”

“I find the other reviews comical. First off, Sam's Club is not a public place. They can ask to see your receipt if they want to. You don't have to shop there if you don't like it. Easy solution.Secondly, Everyone is short staffed right now. I am sorry that it makes everything more difficult at the deli. I have shopped there for years and have only seen the soda machine down once. Also the supply chain is still a factor for stores not always having products on hand. I make my own soft pretzels at home.As far as self check out goes, Sam's in Grand Island still has half the check outs run my employees. You don't have to self check if you don't want to.My biggest issue with Sam's is that the people that shop there can be very rude. They stand in the aisles and won't let you through. They let their kids run rampant screaming. Kind of funny. They must be the same people that wrote the other reviews.Sam's in GI is okay. If you know what things cost, you can get a bargain.”
“Ron at Graham Goodyear in Grand Island, NE, was our Hero tonight (Friday, November 10, 2023)!! We can’t begin to thank him enough! We are driving to CA with our two 15 year old dogs and our SUV fully packed to the ceiling when we had a tire blowout on I-80. We were so fortunate that a State Trooper pulled up behind us within 5 minutes and a AAA tow truck within 10 minutes. We called Graham Goodyear at 5:15 and told them the tow truck driver was dropping off our blown tire and rim as we had NO room in our SUV. Ron said they closed at 5:30 and wouldn’t reopen until Monday morning but he’d wait for us. When we arrived he didn’t have our size tire in the store so he called a warehouse employee (who was already at home) to go get the tire from the warehouse. We’re also VERY GRATEFUL to that kind man but didn’t get his name. Then Ron mounted the new tire on our rim and put our spare donut tire back under our vehicle and helped my husband, Mark, repack our SUV. Ron was a true Earth Angel tonight and we are so VERY, VERY GRATEFUL! What an exemplary employee who stayed an extra hour after closing to help get us back on the road! The world needs more men like Ron!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Danny, Blake, and the guys at Miller Tire. My work schedule is rough and it’s hard to get away. I showed up shortly before closing , The guys stayed late to put tires and brakes on my car so I could continue to make it back and forth to work.
