“I bought 4 new tires online app and was delivered to Grand Island NE store. I called number to schedule appointment but it’s outsourced out of America so there was language issue. The customer service man told me my tires I ordered do not match to fit my vehicle. He was wrong I argued that they were correct tires for my vehicle. He also tried to schedule me for an 8 or 9am appointment and the store doesn’t open till 10am. He finally transferred me to the Grand Island NE auto/tire department where I spoke directly to a mechanic. He confirmed my tires arrived and are the CORRECT tires for my vehicle. Grand Island mechanic also scheduled me a 1pm appointment the following day. I arrived and was greeted by a veteran employee of 22 years and took great care of me and tires put on within an hour as I shopped. I am very satisfied with my service with Grand Island NE auto/tire center.”

“I find the other reviews comical. First off, Sam's Club is not a public place. They can ask to see your receipt if they want to. You don't have to shop there if you don't like it. Easy solution.Secondly, Everyone is short staffed right now. I am sorry that it makes everything more difficult at the deli. I have shopped there for years and have only seen the soda machine down once. Also the supply chain is still a factor for stores not always having products on hand. I make my own soft pretzels at home.As far as self check out goes, Sam's in Grand Island still has half the check outs run my employees. You don't have to self check if you don't want to.My biggest issue with Sam's is that the people that shop there can be very rude. They stand in the aisles and won't let you through. They let their kids run rampant screaming. Kind of funny. They must be the same people that wrote the other reviews.Sam's in GI is okay. If you know what things cost, you can get a bargain.”
