“Had such a positive experience at the Crash Champions in Gretna. They made my day! Places like this that do good work for good value need to be known. Was dreading the cost and hassle when needed some auto body repair work that would be owed out of pocket for an older but well-cared for vehicle (hit garage while backing out and partially pulled off the bumper/scratched it up). Had a family member that recommended this repair place. She recently went here for some more serious damage in a car accident and she was really happy with the results. She is very picky and is almost never happy with work from contractors so I figured it had to be good since she was satisfied. From talking to others and showing the damage, was expecting to pay $1k plus for a new bumper, etc. The repair person at Crash Champions could have easily said that this is what I needed too and I wouldn't have known any different. He wanted to first see if he could reattach the bumper. He was able to reattach the bumper and buff out the scratches. It looks just as good as new. Made me wonder if the friend that spent $1k plus on similar repairs somewhere else could have used the same fix and saved a lot of money had she gone here. Fast fix and super affordable. A lot of integrity. This will be the place that I call for auto body work in the future. Highly recommend.”

“I made a call to Aaron not because of hail damage but because I needed to find a resource to help me out. I was selling some electronics to a neighbor of his and couldn't get in touch with the man. I called Aaron and asked him if he knew the neighbor and if he would be able to help me out. Aaron and I had never talked prior to this. I live in the north east and making this connection was important to me. Aaron took time out of his day to help a total stranger out. He had never me or his neighbor. He had nothing to gain and decided to do a good deed for a total stranger. If his work ethic and skill sets are anything like his willingness to help out you're all but guaranteed success. Can't thank him enough!”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My battery died when my husband was out of town. The staff at NAPA got me in immediately, helped me figure out what I needed, and even swapped out the old and installed the new within moments. As I looked at my receipt, I noted I wasn't charge for any service - just the battery itself - even though I don't think this is normally in their offered services. SO GRATEFUL for their kindness and help. Great store with great people!”

“Excellent customer service. Third try is a charm, other stores couldn't figure out the issue. Store associate behind the counter was able to diagnose the size issue with screws in seconds. Was out of the store in minutes with the correct part. Greatly appreciated! Would recommend coming here first for your parts needs.”
