The person waiting on me was very cordial and took great care of my ring. I was quickly notified a few days later that prong replacement was complete. I have my eye on a couple of pieces and the pricing was reasonable. This store is actually a hidden gem. Go check it out.”
“I called and spoke with the nicest gal Lacey who explained everything about their shop. I decided to get my tragus pierced and I came in. Angie, who did my piercing was an lpn!! She was amazing, very thorough and knowledgeable.
I wasn't really happy with the first stud I picked and was so amazed as they allowed me to pick another one and didn't even charge me!! Another thing that impressed me was that this place so clean!!

I needed someone to put it on a bracelet for me.These are inexpensive charms who's value is dear to my heart but not so much monetarily.First, I was greeted with smiles and wonderful customer service. They could have easily looked down their noses at my very inexpensive bracelet but they did not!They treated it like it was the hope diamond!They are putting it together for me and I can't say enough about this store.Thank you for a wonderful experience!”

“I was there today at village point. The girl working tbe cash register was so helpful and so nice. I’m not sure of her name but she had a green dress I think possible it was a shirt but I think it was a dress. Little bit shorter the Shoulder length hair. She was kind and very helpful, and smiled and it seemed like there was two girls in front of us who checks out and they were either being mean to her or making fun of her, but they were rude to her and laughing uncontrollably- really immature. And the cashier was still kind to them, had a smile and say thank you have a nice day, and then helped us - it didn’t effect her or if it did, we wouldn’t have known. That’s the type of employee worth keeping and she deserves a raise, I will always come back to this location due to the amazing customer service ehich definitely lacks these days.”

I wanted to find a place to leave a review just so I could thank Arctic Buffalo for helping me finally crest 3/4 when it was near impossible before and now I'm almost ready to size up again! The sizes go by millimeters so stretching is so smooth! I legitimately am very grateful!”

“We went in with no real expectations and to browse rings. We were eventually pointed in the direction of Ken, who helped us find ring and diamond styles we both liked. He was able to order multiple different sized diamonds to try with a band, and accommodate it to the style we wanted. The next weekend, on his day off, Ken met us at the store at a time that worked with our schedule to finalize both of our rings. Very personable, very friendly, very positive staff!”
