The initial employee who was very helpful told me I could so I drove all the way back home to get the product and then drove back to do the exchange. When I came back, an employee named Kacey Kent told me I couldn’t do the exchange. I believe this was unfair due to them selling me a poor product, telling me that I can exchange it, and then going back on their word once I drove back there. Once the owner saw the review I submitted above, she reached out and honored the exchange. Thank you to the owner for providing good customer service.”
