“Their customer service was awesome, and they were very helpful! I had ordered a package, and somehow when I went to pay through Google Pay, it changed the city to unincorporated, but the zip code was Gretna. They were able to find the package for me after it was scanned for return to sender and hold it so I could come pick it up. Luckily, I live about 15 minutes from their post office.”

“USPS located at 136th Street, Omaha, NB. Mr. Chuck dies an excellent job, regardless of how many customers are waiting in line. He takes his time with each customer and does NOT rush you through the line. He is professional, polite and patient. He is a vital asset to the USPS, independent agency of the U.S. federal government that provides universal mail and package delivery across the nation,”

“eBay recently messed up a delivery of mine, and the package ended up at the Louisville, NE, post office. I've never been to Nebraska, but if all the residents are as kind and patient as Mark at the Louisville Post Office, it must be one heck of a nice place to live! Mark was very nice and pleasant, tracked down my misdelivered package, and sent it along to me. You should all be really proud to have such a great resource (and human) in your community! Cheers from New Jersey!”

“I had a package held at this post office while I was out of town. The lady that called me to confirm I wanted it held and for what address was extremely helpful as well as the man who was working the front office when I went in on a Saturday morning to pick up the package. One of the most helpful and efficient interactions I have had at any post office.”

“It's a friendly place and it's nice to have a post office in town. However, I do have one complaint and that's the outside mailbox. The box used to be on the corner of the building next to the pole there. It was easy to put your mail in that mailbox but where it is now is a disaster. I almost ruined my car two years ago because when you use the driveway on the north side then turn left toward the mail box. The driveway is uneven and when it snows you cannot see where the drive drops off. I was lucky I didn't damage my car. I would suggest moving the mailbox back to its former position at the south end of the building by the pole. God bless.”

“I know what you're thinking Hy-Vee is for groceries. 3 completely different events I attended and these are the flowers that they had from this particular hy-vee. THEY ARE PERFECTION!!! The floral team there is very knowledgeable and friendly. Their wedding guru/floral manager is great. Fun, friendly and creative- I'd say to let her create something and go from there. This location is one of the best places to get flower!!!”

“I just stopped in the Boys Town post office yesterday and as always all the employees were super pleasant and friendly. There was no line when I was in there but in the past the lines always run fast. There is something about this post office where everyone there employees and guests are almost always in a good mood maybe the clients understand the history and significance of Boys Town and feel something special being there, maybe.”

“Earlier today I went to the Post Office, and there was a guy named Chris who had a cool and amazing hairstyle. I loved his energy and enthusiasm. He was so upbeat and helpful that it completely changed the tone of my day. You don’t expect to leave the Post Office with a smile, but thanks to Chris, I did. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping people. I can 100% say he made my day!! Give that man a raise . He's a gem! ?”
