“eBay recently messed up a delivery of mine, and the package ended up at the Louisville, NE, post office. I've never been to Nebraska, but if all the residents are as kind and patient as Mark at the Louisville Post Office, it must be one heck of a nice place to live! Mark was very nice and pleasant, tracked down my misdelivered package, and sent it along to me. You should all be really proud to have such a great resource (and human) in your community! “I don't know what is wrong with the one star reviewers. I personally think they are just divas that expect the world to be perfect and people to always pander to their limited emotional maturity. It's a post office. The entire staff there does a great job. The post office performs a necessary service for virtually nothing. If I give you $3.12 and ask you to deliver 4 letters, one to Bangor Maine, one to Tallahassee, one to San Diego and one to Seattle the only way you could do it is through the US mail. Surely not in your gas guzzler SUV that you bought to feel special. So, give them a break. I've never once had a bad interaction with one of the staff in the over 50 years I've been going to this location (or even the one across the street, pre '71). Maybe it's just you and YOUR attitude.”

“It's a friendly place and it's nice to have a post office in town. However, I do have one complaint and that's the outside mailbox. The box used to be on the corner of the building next to the pole there. It was easy to put your mail in that mailbox but where it is now is a disaster. I almost ruined my car two years ago because when you use the driveway on the north side then turn left toward the mail box. The driveway is uneven and when it snows you cannot see where the drive drops off. I was lucky I didn't damage my car. I would suggest moving the mailbox back to its former position at the south end of the building by the pole. God bless.”

“Earlier today I went to the Post Office, and there was a guy named Chris who had a cool and amazing hairstyle. I loved his energy and enthusiasm. He was so upbeat and helpful that it completely changed the tone of my day. You don’t expect to leave the Post Office with a smile, but thanks to Chris, I did. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping people. I can 100% say he made my day!! Give that man a raise . He's a gem! ?”
“A bit confusing to get to, but aside from that the folks here are great. Place is always busy but they are fast and efficient. Even a long line goes fast. Showed up the other day and there were 10 folks in line - still barely had time to open my Email, queue up my 5 QR codes and organize my packages before it was my turn. If you come prepared and know what you want then you can expect it to be pretty quick. Everyone I've met does great work!”
