My package was supposed to be delivered on Friday May 8th. It arrived in my city on the 8th at 10am but was failed to be delivered, so I called and the lady told me everything the online tracking tell me. They could not help me any further. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Staff here are always friendly, efficient and helpful. I always feel myself to be a valued customer. On other visits, I've observed staff to patiently answer questions about services and pricing.

Anytime I have a package that comes through this location it always takes an extra day or two because they send it to a different location each time. It’s less than 2 miles from my house and somehow my packages end up hours away after arriving at this location and saying it’ll be delivered that day.
