“I was in the area for an oil change and needed to keep my 2 boys busy so we started roaming the shops. we made our way into Hope's closet and it was such a great experience. The cashier was extremely friendly, kind and welcoming. As I was roaming the racks she assured me she would keep my eye on my littles while I tried some things on. She treated you like she knew you forever. She even offered my littles homemade cookies. 100% reccomend.”

“Brian, on 180th and Q goodwill, is amazing!!!! As soon as I walk into the store, his personality is so warm and fun it immediately changes your mood. People in the checkout are laughing and just really enjoying his comedic wit.
And then he does the announcements and I am a wrestling/ ufc fan and I got to say his voice is on par with some of the great ring announcers. Like so much energy and joy. And when he is done I just wanted to clap. What a joy. Like if joy and fun were a person, they would be Brian.
If I were you guys, I would use him in a commercial or a radio add, bec he has it. That voice/ personality is money. I could see him doing comedy or radio or tv, bec he has it. And you all are blessed to have that joy brought to your store.”
