“its pretty good. its secure with cameras on every level. [im little paranoid so thats a plus] the higher-level apartments stay fairly warm in the winter. there are vending machines downstairs along with a pool table and a dart board. however, the community room gets locked at night and it sometimes gets reserved for parties. honestly the down parts is, i can smell everything the neighbors are cooking and smoking due to the gaps at the bottom of the doors so those smells often fill the halls. i also have to sleep in the living room so i dont get startled by the new fire alarm speaker they installed in the bedroom. the bedroom dont have a light installed so you'll have to bring your own. now true there has been bedbugs and roaches but i haven't seen them in a good 5 years. this place use to be called autumn park apartments so im not sure what happened there.”

“I have lived here for several years & am very pleased with the living environment & the building community. The building is quiet & the interior & exterior common areas are always well maintained. The Manager & Maintenance are excellent! They want to know if the apartment has any issues, & these are usually addressed within 24 hrs. I have lived in several apartment communities within & out of state, & I would rate Regency Heights as one of the Best!”
