Regency Heights is located in Hastings, Nebraska. Choose from two floor plans with two and three bedrooms. Amenities feature central air, ceiling fans, a breakfast bar, large closets, and disability access. Community amenities include ample parking, cable available, gated access, and easy access to highway 6 and shopping.
I have lived at Regency Heights for 9 years now. They have made very positive changes to this complex. Recently new carpet. I chose Regency due to their fair pricing in comparison to other complexes. The management is always on top of repairs and concerns of the tenants. I would highly recommend living at Regency Heights!
