I've been buying furniture since 1987 & this was the best experience I've ever had. Another thing, when my furniture was being delivered they discovered it wasn't going to fit in my living room. Oops!
I called Dave & he was so nice about it & told me to not worry about it. I was scared they would charge twice for the delivery, but they didn't! The delivery guys met me at the store to measure the 2nd set to make sure it wasn't too big and took it to my house right away. Everyone there did an amazing job and I'm so happy with my new sofa and love seat. I definitely recommend Furniture Direct.”

I’ve been renting from ace rent to own for about 6 years now and Casey is by far the best this store has ever seen! The company should be very happy about having such a good helpful person. They are very lucky to have him! However every time I’ve gone into the store here lately the store has been really hot the employees were apologetic about it but I think it’s really unfair for the employees that work in the store forcing them to work in such a hot environment shame on this company for that! How can you ask your employees who are there daily to work everyday in a hot environment!!!”
