“Staff is amazing.Have dealt with Roy rolling into town non booked a few times and he makes it happen if available.Pictures do not do it justice. Very well kept place. Vending machines are full. Housekeeping every day with choice. “Worst hotel I’ve tried to stay at. Horrible customer service. Expensive for tacky roach hotel. Everyone was sitting around and head guy was there in basketball shorts. Had an odor of BO. Carpets were dirty and overall not nice. Check in Guy was rude and unaccommodating. I sure hope I get my refund on my room I didn’t even stay in! Hastings has nicer places to stay. I hope they close their doors. Don’t stay here!Noteworthy details: Terrible customer service. Tacky and ugly decor. Smelly and dirty.”

“This is my second time staying here while in town for work and it was just as welcoming the second time. Front desk gentleman was welcoming and the manager reception happy hour was fun she was very nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. I’ll definitely stay ”
