The Quality Inn in Hastings offers a mixed experience for guests. While some reviews praise the clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff, others report issues such as outdated facilities, malfunctioning amenities, and poor customer service. The hotel's breakfast is described as "fair," catering to those without dietary restrictions. The location is noted as quiet and convenient, though the lack of an elevator may be a concern for some. Overall, the Quality Inn seems to provide a decent value for the price, with some guests indicating they would stay there again, while others recommend seeking alternative accommodations in the area. The hotel's cleanliness and the staff's professionalism are highlighted as positive aspects, but the need for improvements in certain areas is also evident from the reviews.
Staff are helpful when necessary but also keep to themselves. Nice atmosphere in my opinion which is also a plus.

There is no elevator at this hotel but the rooms were nice. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. However, there was duct tape on the side of the bathtub on the inside, so it was obviously in need of repair, and the hair dryer didn't work. Therefore, I only gave it 4 stars.

Our room had really bad mildew in it. My mom and I were swollen the whole time. The hallway stunk.
