I have banked with US Bank for many years and have experienced nothing except outstanding customer service from top to bottom.

I’ve been banking with them for years and I love the bank, except for the fact that I had to pay to get a copy of my statement that I needed for a car loan.I don’t think I should have had to pay anything, since I’m suppose to be a valued customer!
