“Matt at Yankee Hill store (soon to be in York) is awesome! I had an issue ordering 1 40lb bag of bird seed with all of my earned rewards, it drug on for over 3 days! No one (at the call center) could seem to (or want to) get this taken care of! I called my local store on Yankee Hill, Matt and Rhonda came to my rescue.!!! Rhonda called the call center to have them call me to get my order, my order was delivered to the clubhouse instead of my villa. I am disabled, so I called the store. Matt said he would try to get it to me. I looked out my window 15 minutes later, and he was pulling up in my driveway!!!! The York store is very lucky! The customer care Matt displayed today is unheard of anymore, I just can't say enough to express how thankful I am. Matt is a great guy and his customers will love him! “I'm giving this Menards 5 stars as I immediately found an associate to help me. Then she told me the product I owned had a lifetime warranty & how to call the company for replacement. This saved me money & I had no idea the product had a guarantee! I found Menards had a good number of associates to help, whereas the other stores closer to me, have few. I've waited waited for help at them.The store seems to always be well stocked. Thanks, Menards!”
“People complain about prices but ignore the huge banner and signs that say they will beat anyone else's price by 10%. People complain about customer service.. Yet, don't stop at the desk or ask the folks wearing aprons, or even other customers. I have routinely helped people find what they need and taken them to it. I don't work for Home Depot, but am there 3-4 times most weeks. The average worker that isn't working in the dept you are in probably won't know the answer to a question outside their area, but should be able to get you to someone that does.”
“Good service. Good selection on most stuff. Prices are high compared to other tool rental places. Sometimes little things are missing that other rental companies include in the price. For example, today I rented a tool and when I went to use it I discovered there was no gas in the tank. It is small, but still annoying.”
“We reached out to this branch when trying to purchase the snowblower over the phone, and customer service was great handling that transaction. Customer service was quick to take care of us and assisted with loading the snowblower into my jeep. Can't complain on this experience but cannot really do too much of a detailed review other than great customer service overall.”
