“I needed a front tire for my Toro mower. The guys found one right away. I think they were surprised I didn't bring the riding mower from out of town for them to install it. I have great neighbors who helped me ! It was helpful there was no wait to order it and I didn't have to buy the wheel. I found Amazon sells them that way which included plastic parts. Didn't sound long lasting to me.”

“Tucked away in a plaza next to a Goodwill. Generally go to the one on 70th, however they haven’t had our paint brushed in for over 2 weeks.
Found the next closest Ace which happened to be this one on Vine. Friendly customer service. Had exactly what we needed - a lot on hand. Used a coupon saving $5.00.
Will make this my Ace when in Lincoln!

“Best service of any hardware store in town. I love this place, & the guys there are always really helpful, but don't hover. I'm not exactly what you'd call a handyman, but they never make me feel stupid. They have helpful advice, & I always try to patronize them over one of the big box stores like Home Depot when I can. When I had a key made, the manager did it himself. He was worried he didn't get it just right, so he gave me all 4 copies for the price of one. All 4 worked. They also offer more than you'd expect in the way of rentals. “Great customer service although this location didnt have anyone who came up and asked if I needed help. They have stuff not all True Values have including a large selection of magnets. The store is handicap accessible but the ramp is aways down from the entrance. Great experience overall and they had everything I needed.”
