“We took our dog to Southridge for a little over 12 years and cannot recommend them enough. Recently, we were faced with the difficult decision to put him down. I cannot express our gratitude for the entire staff during the duration of that time. They gave us options and offered us their honest opinions. When the time came, they made everything so special for us and it was the most peaceful experience. “Had to come to Lincoln as my vet isn’t open on weekends. Had a non-emergent issue with my dog. It was a super fast check in process especially for it being our first time there, we hardly waited and got in a room. Everyone was very nice and the doctor was great with my dog. The vet tech even helped me lift my 88 lb golden into my car since she was struggling with her hind leg a little and I was by myself. I really appreciated their service and kindness!”
“Wonderful, empathetic vet! Dr. Jim is so kind. He is one of the rare vets I have visited who doesn't push expensive, unnecessary treatments. Most vets I have seen try to upsell you the entire time, and it's exhausting. I plan on moving all my animals to this place. Just a breath of fresh air. The entire staff is so caring and sweet!”
“A few weeks ago we were out of state visiting family when our dog experienced some sort of reaction on his face, which caused bleeding and discomfort for our boy. We took advantage of the fact we were in the city so we decided to go to the nearest vet.
Everyone we interacted with that Saturday was super nice and helpful. Dr. Timmons examined him and prescribed the treatment he needed. As I’m writing this review, our pup is all healed and doing great!
I am glad that we were able to find a nice place to help our dog, especially being that we were from a different state and not with our usual vet. Thank you!”

“I had a wonderful experience yesterday when my puppy was sick. My daughter took him in and they treated my daughter with respect and took care of the pup amazingly! Great communication with me since I couldn't be there and they didn't try to upcharge us or suggest treatment that wasn't necessary. We had to take him to the emergency vet on 9th for overnight care and that experience was less than favorable.”
