“I was told that I would get 3 oil changes on Billion, and one on GM when I purchased my car. I just had my oil changed on GM. I asked about the 3 oil changes on Billion and was asked if I had that in writing. Apparently I was lied to?? I would give 5 stars if I had my 3 free oil changes on Billion like I was told more than once when I was buying my car.. Please make this right.”

“I was on my way home and the backing plate on one of my breaks started grinding. I had a ways to go before I’d be home.
Another shop wasn’t able to take me and referred me here. The guy was kind and said he had an appointment cancel and to come right in.
I explained what I thought was wrong and he was receptive. Within minutes it was on the lift. When putting the breaks and rotors on we had missed a bolt.
We were lucky we stopped. They got us taken care of. I’m lucky they were here.”

“I went to Billion Kia for factory recalls. An anti theft ignition lock was installed and my brake line was inspected and found to be OK. I also received a free multi point inspection from the dealership. The woman who made my appointment on the phone was very pleasant and helpful in finding a concenient time to bring in my Kia Soul. The service writer was polite and efficient. The work was completed in about an hour which was nice.”

“No one else would approve me but they found a way and they got me the vehicle I wanted the most with very little down compared to what most places would demand. The lady there is very nice and I would recommend anyone to go there. Even if yiu have good credit (unlike me) they have some sweet rides.”
